1. Who we are
audioguideistanbul.com is operated by Cityberry Tourism Agency, a travel agency registered in Türkiye and a member of TÜRSAB (the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies), registered licence number 11745. Our registered location is Istanbul, Türkiye.
2. What this site sells
This site is a booking service for narrated audio-guide products for Istanbul landmarks — self-paced audio tours and, where stated, a museum entry ticket bundled with its audio guide. We are not the operator of any monument, mosque or museum, and this is not an official landmark website (state museums sell official admission at muze.gen.tr, run by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism). Products sold here are official Istanbul.com inventory resold by Cityberry Tourism Agency as an authorized, TÜRSAB-licensed seller.
3. Products and pricing
Prices shown on this site are final and include all fees and taxes. The price at checkout always equals the advertised price. Prices are shown in EUR and are synchronized with live inventory; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Booking and delivery
After successful payment you receive a booking confirmation and your audio guide access details by email, delivered digitally — no printing and no device rental. Where a product includes museum entry, your mobile ticket is delivered the same way and is valid only for the product, date and number of guests stated on it. Access to any venue remains subject to the venue's own rules (security screening, dress code, prayer-time pauses at working mosques).
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and in the cancellation terms shown for your product at checkout.
6. Liability
We are responsible for delivering valid access to the product you ordered. We are not the operator of any landmark and are not liable for matters under a venue's control, such as unannounced closures, changed visiting hours, refusal of entry for non-compliance with venue rules, or events of force majeure. Where a venue is closed at your booked time, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer-protection law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and consumer arbitration boards of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
